A leading defense contractor in Mirabel is seeking a Specialist in Logistics to manage day-to-day shipment planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, a Logistics or Transport diploma, and be bilingual in French and English. Responsibilities include executing freight bookings, preparing shipping documentation, and managing logistics operations in compliance with regulations.

About your next challenge as Specialist, Logistics :
Specialist Logistics is responsible to day-to-day shipment planning and execution by way of communicate with internal shipment requester and external freight forwarders/carriers to ensure freight is moving from its origin to its final destination, as well as managing daily routine such as preparing the shipping documentation, including scheduling and tracking shipments, negotiating with freight carriers and financial management of shipping.

Freight Booking
Logistics Administrative and Financial Management
o Unserviceable unit to repair vendor
o Return repaired units to owner/customer
o Purchased goods to customer point of use
o Production Finished Goods to end customer
o Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments
