The role of theSpecialist, Learning & Development, and Change Management in the Claims department focuses on delivering training, managing change initiatives, and coordinating communications to support business operations and employee development. This position requires collaboration across various internal and external stakeholders and emphasizes continuous improvement and adaptability. Your main goals will be to fulfill and support learning & development, communications, and change enablement requests within the Claims department. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive onboarding and training programs across all lines of business (LOBs), supporting change management efforts, and guiding communications to ensure alignment and engagement across the department.

Work Arrangements & Location: We operate under a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration, productivity, and work-life balance. This role is primarily based in Cambridge, Ontario, with an expectation of being on-site two days per week. Our in-office working days are Wednesdays and Thursdays typically.
