What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive maximum value from solutions
- Onboard new clients, providing training and support for effective platform use
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address issues to enhance satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs and contribute to product improvements
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Experience in the insurance industry with a deep understanding of contract review processes
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related subject area
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of customer success methodologies and metrics, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools
