The Consultant, ICT Systems Engineering at Epic, is responsible for resolving corporate and IaaS productivity issues related to IT operations efficiently and promptly. As part of the Technology Enablement team, the Consultant will deliver cloud infrastructure services to a broad customer base, from small businesses to international enterprises. Responsibilities include planning, developing, installing, configuring, auditing, and maintaining hardware, software, and related infrastructure, ensuring system functionality, data security, and usability aligned with organizational priorities. The role requires diagnosing and resolving performance issues, planning hardware/software updates, and combining technical expertise with leadership skills.
