What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Proactively identify and prioritize potential sources of cybersecurity risk, providing recommendations for mitigation
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and TIS Operations teams to assess infrastructure and application cybersecurity capabilities
• Develop, enhance, document, and communicate cybersecurity best practices and standards
• Lead technical guidance for TIS operational teams to foster continuous improvement and innovation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical cybersecurity issues in collaboration with TIS teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Degree/diploma in Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Seven (7) or more years of experience in IT roles, focusing on Security, Operations, Architecture, Development, Integration & Design
• Strong knowledge of IT and OT systems, including networking, security appliances, and application architectures
• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, technical writing, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in cybersecurity leadership roles
• Familiarity with emerging cybersecurity technologies and trends
• Previous experience in a utility or energy sector
• Certifications in cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, or similar
• Strong presentation skills for communicating complex information to non‑technical audiences
