What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Proactively identify and prioritize potential sources of cybersecurity risk, providing recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and TIS Operation teams to assess infrastructure and application cybersecurity capabilities
• Develop, enhance, document, and communicate cybersecurity best practices and standards
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for TIS operational teams to foster continuous improvement
• Develop briefings on security initiatives and effectively communicate them to senior leaders and non‑TIS audiences

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Degree/diploma in Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Seven (7) or more years of related experience in IT roles, with a focus on Security, Operations, Architecture, Development, Integration & Design
• Strong knowledge of various IT and OT systems, including routing/switching/firewalls, security appliances, and monitoring systems
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, technical writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple competing priorities simultaneously
