About The Opportunity

As a Specialist, Growth & Demand Generation, you’ll support the execution of integrated digital campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, and social channels. This role collaborates closely with channel experts, brand teams, and sales partners to drive pipeline, optimize performance, and report on key campaign metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Demand Digital Execution

  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, email, SEO, and website with relevant channel owners.
  • Manage daily campaign workflows including asset coordination, QA, testing, and reporting.
  • Monitor and optimize paid channel performance in collaboration with brand and paid media teams.
  • Work with automation & CRM specialists to build and optimize nurture flows and triggered campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Provide campaign reports and insights, tracking metrics such as MQLs, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Support attribution analysis and ensure reporting alignment with marketing and sales teams.

SEO & Organic Support

  • Contribute to SEO strategy implementation and content planning aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating organic social content to align with paid and campaign goals.

Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, brand, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Assist in managing campaign plans and contribute to post-mortem analyses and optimization strategies.

Enablement & Best Practice Sharing

  • Act as a center of excellence for growth and demand generation, sharing knowledge, campaign toolkits, and performance benchmarks across markets and brands.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, programmatic), email automation tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed or global teams.
  • Understanding of digital campaign KPIs and basic attribution models.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Marketing. Certifications in platforms such as Google, Meta, or LinkedIn are preferred.
