Our Elevations Specialists handle all elevated files and inquiries from our lenders/brokers/borrowers that have come up through our Sales Network. Typically, there is a problem with the file, it is in jeopardy of not closing or there is a service issue that is impacting the client/broker experience. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where time and accuracy are often of the essence.HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all internal processes across multiple Lines of Business
Communicate directly with lenders, brokers and clients on time-sensitive matters often under strict time constraints
Liaise with internal partners/departments (Sales, Processing, Funding) to remove obstacles and progress files forward
Resolve title deficiencies or customer service issues while adhering to internal policy and risk management policies
Communicate file progress with clients, lenders, brokers and other stakeholders via multiple mediums with accuracy and professionalism (email/phone/chat/app)
Manage the insurance underwriting and closing process of multiple files from file receipt to funding
Carry out the fulfillment of department programs and services and respond to client, broker and lender inquiries within established timeframes
Identify and propose alternatives to business and operational opportunities
Participate in the design, implementation and delivery of programs, processes and training.
Passion for customer service and dedication to ensuring files close on time
Provide guidance and support on processes, platforms and the various products FCT offers to internal and external stakeholders
Keep current on all Company wide and department policies, procedures and practices.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk or mortgage professional is required
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Team player who can work with minimal supervision
Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak periods
Ability to exercise sound independent judgment in a wide range of situations and exhibit creative thinking and problem solving
