Qualifications

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en administration LMS et développement e-learning.

About

Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences? As our LMS and E-Learning Specialist, reporting to the Director of Talent, Learning, and Leadership, you’ll be at the heart of our learning ecosystem! In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Lead the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Drive mandatory learning strategies and craft engaging micro e-learning content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to bring learning to life
  • Support both digital and instructor-led training with creativity and precision
  • Deliver insightful LMS reporting and learning dashboards that fuel continuous improvement

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

  • Instructional Design & Content Development
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical specifications and ensure content accuracy
  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules and blended learning solutions using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Create session flows, scripts, quizzes, and multimedia elements to enhance engagement and retention
  • E-Learning Program Management
  • Manage the full lifecycle of e-learning programs including onboarding, role-specific training, and annual mandatory refreshers
  • Ensure training content aligns with adult learning principles, AODA standards, and organizational goals
  • LMS Administration
  • Maintain and optimize the Learning Management System (SmarterU), ensuring integration with Workday HCMS
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with OH standards and security policies
  • Support reporting and audit requests with accurate LMS records and data
  • Knowledge Transfer & Change Management
  • Develop and implement knowledge transfer plans for mandatory training resources
  • Support change initiatives by creating communication materials and training aids
  • Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Generate and analyze training reports, user activity, and completion metrics
  • Build dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to support learning decisions and compliance
  • Coordinate with HR and compliance teams to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness
  • Support for Broader L&D Initiatives
  • Contribute to the L&D workplan, including ILT programs, PDPs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in facilitating live and virtual training sessions
  • Develop dashboards and automate reports to support L&D strategy
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay current with trends in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Recommend and implement innovative solutions such as microlearning, gamification, and mobile learning
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary contact for LMS and e-learning, managing relationships with L&D, IT, HR, and business units
  • Provide training support and regular updates to stakeholders
  • Quality Assurance
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of training materials for relevance and accuracy
  • Collect and analyze learner feedback to drive continuous improvement

Education And Experience

Here is what you will need to be successful:

  • Degree or diploma from a recognized college or university
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in LMS administration and e-learning development
  • Certification or experience in adult learning, content design, or technical e-learning is an asset

Key Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent technical skills in creating engaging and interactive educational content
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to gather information and develop instructional content
  • Knowledge of web and graphic design principles
  • Experience developing instructional aids such as quick reference guides and user manuals for both digital and print formats
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with an analytics mindset
  • Proficiency in Power Bi and MS Excel, including VB scripting, Macros, workflow automation
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a team environment
  • Experience or understanding of the Ontario healthcare system is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-priority environment
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project and Project Server
  • Familiarity with Workday is an asset
