About the Role

We’re seeking a bilingual, creative, impact-driven Specialist in Digital Marketing and Content. As a vital part of our Marketing Communications team, you will amplify the voices of the communities and youth we serve through engaging digital content, storytelling, and data-driven channel management. You will develop content in both English and French to connect with stakeholders nationwide, manage digital channels, and stay abreast of the latest marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create engaging, bilingual content for digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other tools, collaborating with external agencies as needed.
  2. Manage a monthly content calendar covering social media, email, and news articles.
  3. Oversee daily social media activities, including content creation, paid and organic posts, and online engagement in French and English.
  4. Assist in generating digital analytics reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meltwater to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategies.
  5. Support digital marketing campaigns for fundraising across various platforms.
  6. Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends to ensure relevant content and strategies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably with nonprofit experience.
  • Full bilingual proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with social media, website CMS, and email marketing software.
  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and create compelling stories.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meltwater, and Hubspot.
  • Proactive learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
