We are seeking a Digital Ad Operations Specialist to manage the daily operations of digital advertising campaigns, including setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Setting up and launching display campaigns using ad servers.
  2. Managing programmatic and data networks across multiple platforms.
  3. Coordinating with creative, product, content, and data teams to ensure campaign readiness.
  4. Providing inventory forecasts, optimization suggestions, and campaign reports.
  5. Testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting campaigns and creative assets.
  6. Sourcing keywords, analyzing performance, and reporting results.
  7. Connecting campaigns to audience data for targeted advertising.
  8. Analyzing inventory to identify missed revenue opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of online display advertising management experience.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  3. Strong understanding of ad operations, demand partners, and programmatic platforms.
  4. Experience with online media buys and sales, including CPM, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Preferred deals.
  5. Data management and analysis skills.
  6. Experience with behavioral targeting and retargeting.
  7. Excellent web analytics skills for business opportunity identification.
  8. Experience with Google Ad Manager.
  9. Knowledge of Data Management Platforms (e.g., Adobe, Lotame) is a plus.
