McDonald's Canada is seeking an RFM and CRM coordinator for their Toronto office. The role involves implementing marketing campaigns, managing POS processes, and ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations. The Opportunity
The RFM and CRM coordinator will be responsible for deploying all menu key programming for restaurant POS systems across Canada and campaigns within the Digital CRM Program. You will contribute to a fast-paced, high-priority team within the Canada Technology function to support innovative and business-as-usual activities. You will partner with key cross-functional team members from Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Insights, Technology, and agency teams to ensure the right campaigns are deployed on the right platforms.
The position is located in the Toronto office, working in the Technology team (flexible if the person is in another province).
