As part of the Global Cardholder Services team, the Specialist will work across all functions of the Cardholder Services business. This important role will be accountable for impactful communications, competitive intelligence, reporting and KPIs, and supporting strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders across global and regional Cardholder Services teams, Operational Excellence, Finance, and Technology to gather, aggregate and disseminate relevant information.
