Job Title: Specialist, Cardholder Services Product Management

Overview:

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions provides a range of technology solutions and services to drive consumer engagement. As part of the Global Cardholder Services team, the Specialist will work across all functions of the Cardholder Services business. This important role will be accountable for impactful communications, competitive intelligence, reporting and KPIs, and supporting strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders across global and regional Cardholder Services teams, Operational Excellence, Finance, and Technology to gather, aggregate and disseminate relevant information. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, energetic, eager to learn, and highly motivated – fantastic communication skills are essential for success!

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock value.
  2. Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted and reliable partner who can act independently.
  3. Own KPIs across the team, monitoring performance and reporting.
  4. Monitor competitive intelligence and progress against objectives to ensure competitive differentiation.
  5. Lead team meetings, managing agendas and creating presentations.
  6. Independently identify issues in defined areas of analysis, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findings.

The essential knowledge, skills, and experience for this position:

  1. Strong PowerPoint skills; the ability to develop compelling presentations is a must.
  2. Proactive, independent thinker, not afraid to ask questions, challenge the status quo, and seek solutions that balance multiple points of view.
  3. Enthusiastic team member, eager to partner with stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment.
  4. Expertise with reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).
  5. Highly effective communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  6. Proven track record managing reports, KPIs, roadmaps, and key deliverables.
  7. Passion for being a part of a team and collaborating.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutions.
  2. Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties.
  3. Relevant industry expertise.
  4. Develop compelling content and presentations about our benefits, product strategy, and roadmap.
  5. Ensure that reporting systems are accurate and up to date (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).
  6. Develop comprehensive monthly analysis of KPIs deriving insights and making recommendations based on data from multiple sources.
  7. Ensure cadence of performance reviews with external providers is executed as planned, create templates, and ensure they are filled and accurately reported.
