Here is what you will be doing:
Program/Operational Support: Collaborate closely with the Consultants and Leads to define the scope and deliverables for initiatives within your area. Provide critical input that directly influences strategic direction and execution.
Framework & Methodology Development: Establish and implement effective frameworks, methodologies, and standards to elevate performance and ensure consistency within your domain.
Process & Technology Innovation: Spearhead the development of practical processes, tools, templates, and technologies in alignment with the program or operational plan, driving efficiency and excellence.
Solution Implementation: Translate program or operational needs into actionable solutions. Implement, monitor, and test recommendations to ensure objectives are met and issues are proactively addressed.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and escalate them to the Director. Propose thoughtful recommendations to overcome challenges and maintain project momentum.
Compliance & Coordination: Work alongside the Director to manage operational processes and maintain strict adherence to established standards.
Performance Assessment: Monitor and assess the progress of program delivery or operational execution through robust metrics, ensuring high standards are consistently achieved.
Reporting: Create, draft, and present insightful reports that provide clarity and direction in your specialist area, supporting informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective relationships and clear communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared success.
Here is what you will need to be successful:
Education and Experience
Completion of a bachelor’s degree, major in business administration, health administration, health informatics, information technology, or recognized equivalent
2-4 years of related work experience is required
Experience in conducting planning, solution development, and execution of program activities
Experience in compiling subject matter information that is both comprehensive and easy to understand
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely articulate key messages that resonate with different stakeholders and audiences.
Superior attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage several tasks.
Works collaboratively with others, supporting the needs and goals of the team, including taking on stretch assignments and/or providing coverage for colleagues.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word is required.
Highly productive and motivated, capable of quality output and able to multitask and prioritize to meet timelines and manage competing priorities.
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and be committed to organizational health, culture, and values.
