Role Overview

The Brand Marketing Specialist provides tactical support for the development and execution of promotional marketing campaigns and programs. Reporting to a Senior Manager, this role is an entry point in the brand marketing career path, supporting cross-functional campaign teams through analysis of insights and trends, and managing campaign details to ensure seamless execution.

The Brand Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products, supporting a team dedicated to health and wellness initiatives across Canada. This position involves coordinating with various internal and external partners to ensure campaign success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Planning: Assist in developing marketing briefs, analyzing consumer and business insights, and reviewing past campaign data to inform best practices. Manage projects like CRM campaigns (SMS, email, web), promotional programs, digital media, and radio.
  2. Campaign Creative Support: Coordinate with creative agencies and partners for review and approval of campaign materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Set up promotional offers and oversee proofing processes.
  3. Campaign Deployment: Coordinate campaign launches, monitor performance, optimize in-flight campaigns, and handle execution needs from various teams.
  4. Post-Campaign Analysis: Collaborate on performance reporting, participate in post-mortem discussions, and document lessons learned.
  5. Metrics & Budget Tracking: Support budget management, update dashboards, and contribute to research and reporting efforts.
  6. Billing & Forecasting: Oversee vendor invoices, manage budgets, and ensure timely payments.
Qualifications
  • Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in creating targeted marketing campaigns and familiarity with traditional and digital media strategies.
  • Understanding of marketing principles aligned with business objectives.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
