SPECIFIC TERM - MATERNITY LEAVE REPLACEMENT

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the incumbent is responsible for the implementation and execution of Telefilm's branding strategies. The Brand Image Specialist is responsible for the management and evolution of the company's brand image. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen brand image and awareness.
  2. Ensure visual consistency and brand messaging across all media and channels.
  3. Oversee the creation of all visual content (ads, videos, presentations, various reports and presentations) in line with the brand's values and identity.
  4. Collaborate with agencies, photographers, and content creators to ensure quality and consistency of materials produced.
  5. Manage timelines and budgets associated with visual projects (including negotiating with agencies and suppliers, evaluating their performance and tendering processes).

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, marketing or any other related discipline or combination of equivalent and relevant experience.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role, focused primarily on managing/coordinating graphic and visual projects.
  3. Creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and detail.
  4. Superior analytical and conceptual skills.
  5. Bilingual, excellent written and oral communication required.
