UJA Federation of Greater Toronto is seeking a dynamic, relationship-oriented, and results-driven Specialist, Annual Campaign to support the planning, execution, and growth of UJA's Annual Campaign. Reporting to the Annual Campaign team, the Specialist will play a key role in advancing fundraising priorities through donor engagement, stewardship, portfolio management, campaign execution, and strategic project leadership. Working closely with fundraising professionals, lay leaders, volunteers, and donors, the Specialist will help strengthen donor relationships, identify engagement opportunities, support solicitation strategies, and contribute to the achievement of annual fundraising goals. The successful candidate will bring strong project management skills, fundraising acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. This role requires a proactive professional who is passionate about philanthropy, community impact, and delivering an exceptional donor experience.
Union Level 4. Salary range: $62,00-$67,000 annually, based on experience. At UJA we support a flexible work schedule and all of our employees engage in hybrid work. In addition to a rich time off policy, UJA's offices are closed on all Jewish holy days (yomtov) and we support early office closures to observe the Jewish Sabbath (Shabbat).
