UJA Federation of Greater Toronto is seeking a Specialist for the Women’s Philanthropy team to provide project management and administrative support. You will report to the Associate Vice President and assist fundraising, engagement and donor stewardship activities.
Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing volunteer fundraising teams, tracking projects, and producing reports using Salesforce and MS Office.

The Women’s Philanthropy team is seeking a specialist to provide a variety of project management and administrative support services for the team.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Women’s Philanthropy, the Specialist will support the professionals responsible for the fundraising, engagement and stewardship of donors.

This is a full-time permanent position.Union Level 4.Salary range: $62,00-$67,000 annually, based on experience.At UJA we support a flexible work schedule andall ofour employees engage in hybrid work.
