Schedule: Part Time, Monday to Friday 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Cultivate a culture that promotes inclusion, innovation, productivity, and collaboration.
• Build strong relationships, listen intently, and utilize clear & transparent communication.
• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, stairs and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Stripping and Refinishing of Floors
• Steam cleaning carpets and cleaning windows
• Wash glass interior/exterior
• Perform high level Cleaning
• Perform Construction Cleanup which include various cleaning duties
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience MUST
• Hours must be flexible, lots of weekend work
• Driver’s License required, vehicle provided
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Good Communication skills
• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
