  • Serve as liaison between marketing and customer advisory teams.
  • Manage sponsorships and collaboration requests via marketing@spypoint.com.
  • Support influencer network requests.
  • Coordinate quarterly brand surveys.
  • Lead monthly reporting and analysis for the brand team.

  • Adapt North American social media strategies for Europe (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Assist with internal communications for corporate events
  • Lead monthly reporting and analysis for the brand team
  • Handle other projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing or a relevant degree
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Event coordination experience, including trade shows
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Canva, Excel
  • Experience with project management tools like TRELLO, JIRA
  • Experience working with creative teams on project collateral
  • Experience planning and scheduling social media content
  • Creative, autonomous, team-oriented with designers, copywriters, and marketers
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate projects
  • Open to feedback, adaptable, committed to quality
