Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Special Needs Child Educator Assistant to support Kimberley's diverse learners. You will work with lead educators to implement IEPs, provide one-on-one support, and foster an inclusive, safe classroom where every child can grow academically, socially, and independently.

Qualifications

  • Experience with children, preferably with special needs or in an educational setting.
  • Certificate in Special Needs Education or Childcare is advantageous.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support children with diverse abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Assist lead educators in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for children with special needs.

About the Role
