Provides administrative and organizational support for raising funds and event support to advance women, girls and gender diverse individuals in Hamilton. The Canada Summer Jobs – Special Events Organizer supports YWCA Hamilton’s signature event Walk a Mile in Their Shoes and related community Walk a Mile Events with planning, outreach, day-of support, and post-event communications. The Canada Summer Jobs - Fundraising Support will receive guidance and support from the Manager of Donor Stewardship and works closely with the Events and Community Fundraising Specialist.
