A premier event location in Niagara-on-the-Lake is seeking a full-time assistant to the Special Events Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating onsite weddings and managing banquet details. Candidates should have experience in event planning, food & beverage knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Special Events Manager in the set up and execution of all onsite weddings, which includes completing all administrative details, ensuring all banquet event orders are completed accurately, Banquet Event Order review with the clients for signature, meal samplings along with confirming all details for the ceremony and the dinner.
