  • Assist the Special Events Manager in setup and execution of onsite weddings.
  • Complete all administrative details and ensure accurate banquet event orders.
  • Review banquet event orders with clients for signature.

  • Strong organizational, detail management and multi-tasking skills
  • Commitment to managing clients by providing the highest level of service, integrity and creativity
  • Must be flexible to work to client demands (days, evenings and weekends)
  • Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sales software such as Delphi
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Special Events Manager in the set up and execution of all onsite weddings, which includes completing all administrative details, ensuring all banquet event orders are completed accurately, Banquet Event Order review with the clients for signature, meal samplings along with confirming all details for the ceremony and the dinner.
