Please include your PDF portfolio and/or link to your website with your application.

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes.
  • Establish conceptual directions and design solutions; ensure implementation from concept through production.
  • Create 3D models, floor plans, elevations, and renderings for projects to illustrate spatial layouts and design ideas.
  • Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of designed environments for client presentations and marketing materials.
  • Apply graphic design expertise to develop branding, visual identities, signage, wayfinding systems, environmental graphics, and other design elements that enhance physical spaces.
  • Develop marketing collateral, packaging, digital assets, and other creative materials to support branding initiatives.
  • Research and gather information and photographs relating to the project.
  • Produce ‘sample’ or ‘mood’ boards to present to clients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team to ensure cohesive and effective creative solutions.
  • Partner effectively with all departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-time work that meets agency and client expectations.

Experience, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Spatial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in both spatial and graphic design.
  • Strong proficiency in 3D design, including architectural visualization and environmental branding.
  • Experience creating photorealistic 3D renderings of spaces and environments.
  • Proficiency in software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, or equivalent tools for spatial visualization.
  • Experience in experiential marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, or other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and technical illustration.
  • Outstanding drawing skills, including perspective drawing and spatial awareness.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in format, media, and advertising strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present, promote, and explain ideas.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail.

Why work at Community?
