Community is seeking a Hybrid Spatial & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about both spatial and graphic design, capable of transitioning seamlessly between architectural and branding projects. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Prepare detailed drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes.
  2. Establish conceptual directions and ensure implementation from concept through production.
  3. Create 3D models, floor plans, elevations, and renderings to illustrate spatial layouts and ideas.
  4. Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings for presentations and marketing.
  5. Apply graphic design skills to develop branding, signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics.
  6. Create marketing collateral, packaging, digital assets, and other branding materials.
  7. Research and gather project-related information and photographs.
  8. Produce mood boards or samples for client presentations.
  9. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive creative solutions.
  10. Partner with departments to deliver high-quality, timely work meeting expectations.

Experience, Skills, and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Spatial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in spatial and graphic design.
  3. Proficiency in 3D design, visualization, and environmental branding.
  4. Experience creating photorealistic 3D renderings.
  5. Skills in SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, or similar software.
  6. Experience in experiential marketing is a plus.
  7. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
  8. Strong technical and mechanical illustration skills.
  9. Excellent drawing skills, including perspective and spatial awareness.
  10. Ability to adapt to media and strategy changes.
  11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  12. Effective project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  13. Exceptional attention to detail.
