Spark Financial Group is seeking a F/T Administrative Assistant
  • NOC Job Code/Title: 13110 - Administrative Assistant

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $25.99-$28.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Benefits: 14 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:
  1. Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy.
  2. Sort and organize regular and incoming mail, emails, and other documents, facilitating their distribution to relevant departments and ensuring smooth internal information flow.
  3. Document and prepare minutes of meetings.
  4. Keep track of inventory levels and order office supplies as necessary.
  5. Establish and maintain both manual and computerized information filing system.
  6. Respond to electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
  7. Determine and establish office procedures.
Job Requirements:
  1. Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is required.
  2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
