Responsibilities

Our priority is to hire safe drivers who care about community service. As a driver, your minimum responsibilities include:

  1. Training for and operation of Front-end, Roll-Off, or Side-Load waste and recycling collection equipment (training provided).
  2. Coordinating with fellow operators and other departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
  3. Maintaining containers and equipment, handling building and facilities work, and other duties as assigned.
  4. Adhering to company and customer site safety policies and procedures.

What We Need From You

  • Minimum Class 3A license with a clear abstract.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicine Hat, Cypress County, and surrounding areas.
  • At least 3 years of driving experience; short haul/city experience preferred.
  • Hydraulic equipment experience or farm background is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent logistical and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A criminal record check will be required.
