Responsibilities

Our priority is to hire safe drivers who care about community service. As a driver, your minimum responsibilities include :

• Training for and operation of Front-end, Roll-Off, or Side-Load waste and recycling collection equipment (training provided).
• Coordinating with fellow operators and other departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintaining containers and equipment, handling building and facilities work, and other duties as assigned.
• Adhering to company and customer site safety policies and procedures.

What We Need From You

• Minimum Class 3A license with a clear abstract.
• Strong knowledge of Medicine Hat, Cypress County, and surrounding areas.
• At least 3 years of driving experience; short haul / city experience preferred.
• Hydraulic equipment experience or farm background is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent logistical and organizational skills.
• A criminal record check will be required.
