Position Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and resourceful Space Manager & Community Builder to lead the growth, culture, and operations of CoFunction Workspace. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a multi-faceted environment—balancing marketing initiatives, community engagement, and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Business Development

  • Explore and initiate co-branding opportunities between CoFunction Workspace and Starfish Coaching.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for both brands.
  • Promote and manage CoFunction Workspace across listing platforms (e.g., Gigster, Peerspace, FB Marketplace).
  • Conduct business development outreach and build partnerships in the Design & Construction industry.
  • Track marketing effectiveness and contribute to growth strategies.

2. Community Engagement & Events

  • Cultivate and nurture a vibrant community of solopreneurs and entrepreneurs.
  • Organize and promote social, educational, and industry-relevant events.
  • Schedule and host community activities that support collaboration and networking.
  • Conduct tours and new tenant orientations to ensure a welcoming experience.
  • Oversee tenant exit procedures with professionalism and care.

3. Space & Operations Management

  • Manage daily operations of the coworking space and ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming environment.
  • Supervise the front desk receptionist and support staff.
  • Administer coworking space management software and ensure seamless tenant experience.
  • Handle maintenance coordination, inventory management, and overall facility efficiency.
