Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience within Space, Defense, Government Technology, National Security, or another highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience leading engineering execution, program management, or contract delivery organizations with accountability for business performance.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, risk management, systems integration, and customer delivery in complex technical environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage executive stakeholders, strategic partners, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial performance of ABB's Space & Defense Systems portfolio.
• Ensure safe, compliant, on-time, and on-budget execution of complex customer programs and contracts.
• Drive engineering execution, program governance, risk management, and operational excellence across the business.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to support strategic growth opportunities and customer engagements.
