Job summary

Qualifications

• College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a 1‑2 year program.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff.
• Plan and control budget and inventory.
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• Hire, train and supervise staff (11‑15 personnel).
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
