You will be trained in the treatment protocol and in the sale of products from our major brands. These trainings, materialized by a certificate, are recognized by the professionals of the well-being.

Challenger/Performer, you like to take on new challenges to develop the Spa's turnover (products and services) and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers.

You will

1. Develop yourself by benefiting from professional training on the protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes or Payot.
2. Coordinate and promote the Spa area within the Resort (600 to 1200 clients).
3. Manage a team of 5 to 17 employees.
4. Manage the economic and qualitative results of the Resort's spa.
5. Ensure the quality of customer relations by strengthening the Club Med culture and spirit.
6. Promote and set up commercial activities within the Resort.
7. Monitor stock status, identify supply needs and establish orders.
8. Work in collaboration with other Resort services (laundry, bar, restaurant, etc.).
9. Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development.
10. Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets.
