About the role

The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall performance of the spa facility, ensuring a consistently high level of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing a team of therapists and support staff, curating wellness services aligned with the brand, and driving revenue through treatment sales and retail offerings.

In collaboration with hotel management, the Spa Manager also plays a key role in developing service standards (SOPs), implementing marketing strategies, maintaining health and safety compliance, and ensuring the spa environment supports relaxation, professionalism, and excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience
  • Lead and manage spa staff, including therapists and front desk team
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified spa team members
  • Coordinate with hotel departments (housekeeping, front desk, F&B) to meet spa needs and support seamless guest experiences and operation
  • Oversee and manage spa reservations, including booking appointments, optimizing schedule flow, and handling client requests
  • Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standard and in line with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote spa services and packages
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain inventory and manage ordering of spa products and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Qualification
