Our Toronto Location:

Located in Toronto’s Fashion District, in a historic Edwardian building from 1912, a designated heritage site, featuring original wood structures and vintage decor, offering a unique relaxation experience with a dry sauna and Palestra.

The Role:

As Spa Attendant Supervisor, you will lead the Spa Attendants team, ensuring top-quality guest service and smooth spa operations. Collaborate with the Spa Attendant Manager to meet performance standards and manage shifts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Create a suitable atmosphere for treatments per AIRE standards.
  • Ensure team compliance with protocols.
  • Address issues impacting customer experience.

Operations Management:

  • Lead daily briefings with operational teams.
  • Support inventory control.
  • Prepare weekly reports on incidents and improvements.

People Management:

  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development.
  • Provide feedback and training suggestions.
  • Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

  • At least 1 year leading customer service teams in hospitality, retail, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles.
  • Background in Hospitality, Business, or related (preferred).
  • Proficiency in the local language; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Office 365; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Customer service training is a plus.
