Sous Chef, Performance Nutrition - Toronto Blue Jays
The Toronto Blue Jays are seeking an experienced sous chef to fulfill an opening within our Major League kitchen. The position will be based in Toronto, ON for the duration of the Major League baseball season (March-November).
These are seasonal roles aligned with the baseball season and schedule, spanning from approximately April to November 2025. These positions are part-time contracts.
Responsibilities
Food preparation and quality control
Inventory and stock management for assigned area
Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
Supervise activities of specialist chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
Process and organize weekly food shipments and restock grocery shelves when needed
Help in the development and implementation of meal design
