A new restaurant in West Edmonton is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume dining, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role includes a competitive salary of $45,000 annually plus tips, with a focus on quality and teamwork.
Please note: This position is for a new restaurant opening in West Edmonton. The exact location will be announced soon, but successful candidates will complete a 4–6 week paid training program at Pyro in Sherwood Park prior to the opening.

As our Sous Chef, you will assist the Chef with ensuring profitability, managing expenses, and developing team members. You must be an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills, overseeing daily operations including menus, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.
We seek candidates with proven experience as a Sous Chef in high-volume or fine dining restaurants. You should have advanced knowledge of cooking, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management, and be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling stressful situations calmly.
