Please note : This position is for a new restaurant opening in West Edmonton. While the exact location will be announced soon, successful candidates will complete a 4–6 week paid training program at Pyro in Sherwood Park prior to the opening.

Compensation: $45,000 annually plus tips!
As our Sous Chef, you will assist the Chef with ensuring profitability and expense control, developing all team members in the department, and overseeing all aspects of daily operations. This includes managing menus, merchandising, labour, regulatory compliance, and special projects as assigned.
We're looking for someone with proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant. You should have advanced knowledge of cooking, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while handling stressful situations with ease.
