***The job is located at our Foran Mine site operation in Saskatchewan, located 85 km west of Flin Flon, MB.

WE COVER TRANSPORTATION (shuttle service to-and-from site, ONLY out of Saskatoon or Prince Albert), MEALS, & ACCOMMODATION WHEN AT SITE.

***SHIFT WORK IS REQUIRED; WORK SCHEDULES ARE 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS.

What you will do:
- Lead, mentor, and help manage a culinary team with the Chef.

- Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.

Job Requirements - Let's not waste your time:
- Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.
- Jobs require shift work at remote mining facilities.
- You must be able to compressed workweeks, at a remote mine site.
- Knowledge of Vegan, Halal and Gluten allergy variation cooking skills.
- Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- You must be a team leader, who works well with others.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team.
- Customer relation skills.
