A leading facilities management company in Canada is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations at a remote camp. The role requires extensive culinary expertise and leadership skills, ensuring high-quality meals and compliance with food safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a Red Seal Certificate and significant experience in hospitality. This position offers a 20/10 rotational schedule and various employee benefits.

Located at a world-class Horizon North camp facility, this position operates on a 20 days on, 10 days off schedule, with 11-12 hour workdays. Transportation is provided from a designated pickup point.
The Sous Chef oversees daily kitchen operations, manages food orders, plans menus, assists with food preparation and service, trains staff, and ensures compliance with Horizon North Food Safety protocols.
This role is safety-sensitive and requires drug and alcohol testing and a fitness assessment prior to employment.
