We are a top rated farm to table restaurant looking for an exciting, dynamic and energetic Sous Chef to join our team. This is a kitchen operations management position that will require supervision of the kitchen and oversight of all kitchen activities.

Responsibilities Include

• butchery and preparations of menu items
• daily supervision of the work of others as MOD
• time management of the kitchen team
• working above and beyond to make each guest experience a true one of a kind
• ordering stock
• monthly inventory counts
• working a section and closing the kitchen daily
• managing the cleaning schedule
• upholding AG standards of quality and professionalism
• working at the farm - planting, watering, harvesting

Reports to : Executive Chef / Director of Food and Beverage

Company Relationships : General Manager, Accounting, Hotel Department Heads
