Our purpose is to Grow Smiles, Mend Spirits, and Engage Children in their Lives! We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic Professional Partnerships team. In this role, you will design and execute sourcing campaigns, connect with talented practitioners, and support our mission by building a strong and diverse talent pipeline. Main Accountabilities:
  • Strategically source candidates using job sites, social media, associations, and direct outreach
  • Conduct and support an average of 25 interviews per week
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates for recruitment needs
  • Develop engaging content for email, job postings, and social media
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
  • Use data and marketing insights to optimize content and outreach methods
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align placement efforts with business needs
  • Organize and participate in webinars, virtual events, and career fairs
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes in the ATS and follow-up communications
  • Monitor social media accounts and groups to engage and respond to relevant interactions
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, experience in cold calling and or head-hunting
  • A minimum of 3 years of business experience, ideally in sourcing, recruitment, or marketing
  • Background in SEO or digital marketing for recruitment
  • A diploma or degree in Business or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards)
  • Ability to analyze data to inform strategy and improve results
  • Highly organized and responsive, with a knack for creative problem-solving
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning and adapting
Bonus if You Have:
  • Experience in telepractice or the education/healthcare sector
