Working Hours : 35 weekly hours
Scheduled Shift : full-time, 00 : 15-08 : 00, Monday to Friday
Employment Contract : Permanent
Pay rate : $21.56 / hour
The AM Sorter sorts and separates freight by destination, weight, size, and shape to meet client delivery schedules.
Responsibilities
Unload freight from curbside trucks onto the conveyor and from conveyor into curbside trucks
Unload freight off conveyor or chute for load-out
Loads freight into linehaul / cube truck or trailer
Preload mail and packages into curbside delivery vehicles
Manually transfer bulk or non-conveyable items
Scan all shipped or received mail or packages to identify improperly sorted packaged mail or packages and mail marked for priority or weekend delivery
