Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a frontline Operations Supervisor to support the FedEx Express Safety Above All Culture. You will lead day-to-day sort operations, guide Cargo Handlers, and ensure compliant processes across the station.

You will mentor and coach staff, drive productivity, and respond quickly to service issues. This role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, DG certification, and a valid driver’s license, with standard supervision of CH teams.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 2 years FedEx sort operations or senior level hourly role experience OR 2 years supervisory experience in related industry.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• DG certification training completion and maintenance.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower and motivate a team.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate in a time-sensitive manner.
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
