FedEx Group in Canada seeks an interview-position Manager to oversee the full sort operations at a FedEx Ground facility in Richmond. This role supports the Safety Above All Culture and ensures compliance with FXG policies and government regulations.

The candidate will lead daily sorting activities, coordinate with operations teams, and contribute to continuous process improvements while maintaining a strong safety focus and efficient service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Four (4) years business experience.
  • Two (2) years experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Four (4) years business experience
  • Two (2) years experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry preferred

  • Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment
