Job summary

FedEx Ground is seeking an interview-position manager to oversee all sort operations within a FXG facility. You will ensure adherence to FXG policies, safety standards, and government regulations while coordinating with supervision to maintain smooth throughput.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4 years of business experience, and 2 years in transportation/logistics. A valid license and bilingual capability may be considered advantages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4 years business experience required.
• 2 years in transportation & logistics or related service industry preferred.
• Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities
