Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasonographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, and vascular studies.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.
  • Utilize ultrasound equipment effectively to capture clear images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Analyze images and provide preliminary reports to physicians while maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure it is functioning properly, reporting any issues as necessary.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures during all procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to discuss findings and contribute to patient care plans.

Qualifications
