Our customers include leading engineering organizations such as Ford, Johnson Controls, Komatsu, and Polaris across industries like industrial equipment, consumer products, automotive, aerospace & defense, and shipbuilding.

We're seeking a passionate problem solver to join our growing sales team as a Solutions Engineer. In this senior role, you'll serve as the technical backbone of our revenue organization, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to share industry knowledge, deliver engaging product demos, and gather customer feedback. You'll build strong relationships with engineering leaders across North America, helping them deliver better products to market faster, with potential pathways to leadership roles.

What you'll do:
  • Partner with Account Executives to solve challenging customer problems
  • Prepare and deliver tailored demos of CoLab that address customer pain points and showcase our value
  • Refine and champion demo best practices within CoLab
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to improve business success and client relationships
  • Work with the Product Team to ensure our development aligns with customer needs
  • Provide coaching and professional development to sales and solutions engineering teams
  • Deliver high-quality demos, conduct training sessions, and support onboarding of new customers
What you'll need:
  • 5-10+ years experience in sales engineering or pre-sales within a fast-growing software company
  • Deep knowledge of CAD/PLM tools and industry domain expertise
  • Ability to understand use cases and demonstrate credibility with customers
  • Experience supporting sales and onboarding processes
  • Skill in navigating complex enterprise sales for innovative products
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
