Description

Responsibilities:

Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models, to meet client application business requirements and project/initiative deliverables.

General Skills

• Knowledge of integrated networking technologies, mainframe, midrange server, enterprise storage and SAN, and personal computer system technologies
• Knowledge of best practices, OPS standards, infrastructure management, policies, procedures, and procurement processes
• Ability to gather client business requirements and IT mandates
• Experience in developing solutions, providing advice on service development
• Knowledge of security, recovery procedures, technical specifications, and performance assessment
• Experience with large system development projects, trends, and new products
• Basic project management knowledge (e.g., PMBOK)
• Analytical skills for client needs assessment and cost/benefit analysis
• Design experience for mission-critical server applications
• Performance evaluation and capacity planning expertise
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively

Skills

Technical Solution and Development Skills - 40%

• 7+ years designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM
• Experience in business design documentation, functional & non-functional requirements
• Developing high-level application flows, process flows, screen designs, user experience, and accessibility (WCAG/AODA)
• User research, usability testing, personas, and journey maps
• Wireframes and UI prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD
• Application of industry best practices, risk identification, quality assurance, and testing

Technology Skills - 35%

• Experience with change management, Siebel, and Adobe AEM implementations
• Documentation of test strategies, business architecture artifacts, RUP methodology
• Application view and CRUD matrix development, wireframes, and workflows

Soft Skills - 20%

• Effective communication, idea development, and presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills, teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and communicate with clients

Public Sector Experience - 5%

• Experience with Transfer Payment (Grant) Models and QA standards is a plus
