Description

Responsibilities

1. Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models, to meet client CRM application business requirements and project/initiative deliverables.

Skills and Requirements

• Knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages, and communication protocols.
• Ability to gather client business requirements and develop solutions accordingly.
• Experience designing and developing large, complex CRM applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• At least 7+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies.
