As a Solutions Architect working remotely in the US, you will work closely with a wide range of clients globally to deliver exceptional experiences by helping them identify their business pains and developing relevant technology-based solutions to address those needs. What You'll Be Doing

• Client Engagement: Assist in winning or extending business by collaborating with sales and delivery teams to develop proposals and presentations, clearly explaining technical concepts to facilitate decision-making. Establish trust as a partner with clients at the primary stakeholder level. Guide technical and non-technical stakeholders on design implications.
• Project Delivery: Lead medium-scale technical requirements discussions, decompose requirements into tasks, estimate efforts, delegate tasks, and lead projects successfully, including managing both on- and off-shore resources. Proactively identify and solve problems, ensuring successful project delivery.

What You Bring to the Role

• Ability to architect and set standards for low- to medium-complexity solutions across various technologies and platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery, recommending suitable project management approaches.
• 5+ years leading consulting projects, including implementing and customizing Microsoft D365, Power Platform, and related integrations. Experience with data migration, no-code vs. development decisions, and relevant programming languages and tools. At least two Microsoft certifications.

What You Can Expect

• Salary range: $140,000 to $180,000, with eligibility for an annual incentive program. Actual offers vary based on location, experience, and skills.
